When scammed using Credit Cards I recommend calling your cc company and telling them you have been scammed or victim of fraud. You have $0 liability on fraud. All you need is to say you don't approve those charges and sign an affadivit and they well investigate on those charges.
Most times companies that do corrupt business when contacted by cc fraud departments they just walk away as they don't want to be closed down.
Eventually, you'll cc will credit back the charges.
It happened to me when a virus hacked into my computer, the only way I could unlock my computer was if I pad for a anti-virus that the virus was trying to sell me. My computer was locked down so I had to pay the 29.95 for the anti-virus program, and then of course the computer ran OK, but I bought a legitimate anti-virus and saw that my computer was all infected with that virus. So I cleaned and call the CC company and they blocked my CC, reissued a new one and credited back the 29.95 that I had paid for.
Try talking to you CC and probably you well get some credit back.
Good luck
