Netdetective.net Same information I could find on the internet with out Netdetective Deland Florida

After reading through several different background check web sites I chose Netdetective.net. There web site states that you can find anyone and includes all the searches. I paid 29.00 on my debit card, when I checked my account they charged me twice. I contacted their customer service and was told that, it was my bank that charges it twice while it is in a pending statue. I told the person that was not something that I had happen to me before when I purchased on line. She said she could not change anything and that the 2nd charge would probley go away. I called my bank and they said it is not their practice to charge twice while it is in a pending status and had not heard of that practice. The bank removed the second charge. I tryed to use my netdetective membership, the only access I had was to information I could get on my own. Names and phone numbers of agencies that had public and private information. If I want to do a more indepth investigation I could pay for more access. The criminal access site is 29.50 per month. (of course you can cancel at any time with confirmation of your cancellation from their customer service. After speaking with their customer service about the double billing I am not confident that I would be able to cancel with out a big mess. I can't say what is in the criminal portion of netdetective, but given the complete lack of useable information in the original web-site I think I will pass. I feel totally ripped off by netdetective.
