Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

These guys are total frauds. They make everything look real nice, pretty package. They promote their "dropship service" as having no hidden charges or additional fees. Then once you sign on, you find out that if you want the special "Bargin Basement" prices it costs $4.95 per month. No big deal right? THis was the first red flag.

After one week of selling their products on my eBay store how much of a bargin I really got. I found out that they are complete frauds. I sold 6 Panasonics Home Theaters in four days, not bad at all. Each item cost me $149.00, my special "Bargin Basement" price was $139.00. I new these could sell and I would make a nice profit margin.

The first two looked like they processed alright. I mean, I had the tracking numbers. So, I sold more. I am a good marketer so I sold the other 4 quickly. Then, I upped the price point on the forth day to a $500 XBox 360 package. When it sold and I went to netdropshipper to order it just like with all of the Panasonics. Everything processed like normal. Then, a half a day later i recieved an email stating they didn't process my credit card for the EXob drop ship and have not shipped the item. Instead, I would have to send a cashiers check or money order on anything over $400.

This raised a red flag bigtime! Especially since this was stated no wher in the website or emails. I looked and the "Recent Transactions" page to see what the latest was. They had two more "tracking numbers" up, this time they said "USPS", even through in checkout I paid for FedEx, hummm. I clicked on the tracking number link to see that it went to FedEx's site but, showed as invalid.

Since then I have tried to call them on a number I only could get through Yellow Pages because netdropshipper does not give you a phone number to call on their website. I then checked the first two tracking numbers netdropshipper gave me and the weight on those shipped items? One was 12lbs and the other was 15lbs. Though, the Home Theater Systems were stated as weighing 55lbs on NETDROPSHIPPERS website.

Now, I got concerned, of course. I looked at my redit card accounts, I used two seperate credits for these tranactions since, I changed over to a business card during this whole fiasco. charged me for everything, INCLUDING the XBox 360 they said they couldn't process because of this undisclosed policy they claimed they have.

After seeing this I realized I was a victim of Ineternet fraud. I went to the Better Business Bureau's website and found that there is not netdropshipper or Top Star Exports, Inc what so ever. THEY AREN"T EVEN REAL!!! I couldn't believe it. I had been scammed.

Since this incident I have filed a claim with the FBI, Better Business Bureau, eBay, and PayPal. Next, the Attorny General of California, and County Sherrif. I publish a magzine I won't name here but, you can be sure there will be a full explaination of this of there. These people need to be put out of business! If you have been spoofed by netdropshipper, please respond to the post. We need to act and take these guys down. This has cost me several thousand of dollar dur to lost time and money they have taken. I know I should have been more careful. However, I am a man of my word and expect everyone else to be the same.

NETDROPSHIPPER.COM aka Top Star Exports, Inc is a wolf in sheep's clothing. If you are considering doing business with them I would suggest first calling your lawyer and getting him involved. You two are going to be very busy trying to recover from a commerce disaster.
I have several documents to prove this story is true to it's word. Netdropshipper, you have no idea who you have messed with. Let's bring it on!

Oh yeah, one final piece to this story, I had to refund all of my customers out of my own pocket and will be waiting at least 14 days before getting a single penny of it back. I have been RIPPED-OFF and they are lov'n life partying at my expense. I had to shut my store down to recover from the damage of this incident and am just starting to get through the repercussions almost a week later.

Gene, or are you Bryan? Hmmm...
Of the 5 packages you claimed to have shipped that I ordered, all of these packages were supposed to be the same, Panasonic SCHT05, which weighs 55lbs. That is a quoted weight from your website. Of these five packages, three were being shipped to Canada. You shipped two out with tracking numbers to my only two US orders. When checking the tracking orders one package weighed 12 lbs and the 0ther weighed 15 lbs.
The only option you gave for shipping and what I paid for was FedEx, no other option. Yet, you say you shipped them out USPS to Canada.
First, who gave you authorization to ship anything out USPS?

Second, of the five orders the only two that you sent via FedEx were the two going to US addresses. The rest you claimed to have sent by USPS.

Yet, here is a quote from an email you sent me on Tuesday at 1:00PM:
"Dear Member,
Unfortunately, this item is to heavy to ship to Canada via USPS.
Thank you.
Customer Support Supervisor - Your One Stop E-Commerce Solution Center"

By the way, I checked with USPS and it is not too heavy to ship a 55lb package to Canada via USPS.

Here is another quote from an email you sent to me two hours after the other one:
"Dear Member,
With reference to your email dtd. Jan 22nd 2006 regarding your Order
No.6765bb-145338, kindly note that the item was already shipped via USPS on 01-19-06 and unfortunaly it is too late to cancel the order.
Customer Support - Your One Stop E-Commerce Solution Center"
A couple of big contradictions with this one. This package you say I couldn't cancel because it was already sent via USPS was an order going to Canada. Also, you say it was a response to an email dated Jan 22nd. I sent you that email on your website customer support page on January 19th not the 22nd.

My two customers that did receive packages? Here is a quote to me from one of them:
"regarding your recent e-mail. i received the box. the outside was okay, but the inside was filled with packaging material and two damaged and dented speakers that looked like they were used and abused. i hope this helps you."

EVERYONE! THIS GUY IS A FRAUD! These are just a couple of recorded discrepenceies. I have many, many pages of printed documents and am joining other victims who have a lot of proof as well. We have a lot of information to bring this guy down.

It is not easy to uncover a fraud on the internet but, Netdropshipper is making it easier and easier everyday. Keep it up netdropshipper AKA AKA dropshipdesign, all of which are owned by the infamous, Bryan Forstner.

Run people, run away from this man. He is baaaaad.

My case with this company is the same.

Your message is very close to mine. I to have been a victom of this fraud almost to the T that you were. I am willing to join in on your crusade. I to have put messages out to recruit people to jump on board.

Don't feel bad about being taken by these guys. I feel the same way as you and I run honest business and also expect the same. Becasue I have been complaining, they have shut down my website that I paid them for and have interupted service to the email that they provided so I could do business. In that email is all of the customers that I have been trying to communicate with help take care of their problems.

I have returned merchandise to them without getting a refund, they have sent products to customers that are not as advertised, and now I cannot contact and help these people. Some of them I have refunded but I now cannot communicate with them for return instructions ect.

It is time for judgement day!!! Lets get together and hire a good attorney and get everyone involved in a class action. Let the media know. I have been sending information to Dateline, Fox News, CNN, ect. ect. Everyone must stand up and get our voices heard!

As we understand the frustration made by some of these comments we also ask of you to understand our position:

a) is currently supplying over 80,000 members and the volume of orders and inquires are simply

overwhelming. We are working hard everyday to improve our level of satisfaction but as you can image satisfying 100%

out of 80,000 members is not an easy task.

b) refund policy of 30 days or less is a mandatory requirement in order to avoid all fraudulent checks

and money orders that we receive on daily bases. We receive many checks or money orders each day and 40% of

these checks are counterfeit. If we were to issue refunds in a shorter period of time than we would feed the pocket of

crooks who pray on other people and businesses. We are sure most of you can relate to Nigerian scams that you have

seen, heard or was a victim of such fraud. We are simply protecting our interest.

c) is not a retail chain or a reseller if any information. We are Wholesale Distributor who offer a

unique opportunity to the general public to resell various items at Wholesale Prices. We satisfy thousands of our

customers by offering them an opportunity to make a profit without any upfront fees. We do not charge any monthly

membership fee nor we ask for any upfront fees. We take all the risks by purchasing millions dollars worth of

products and storing them in our warehouse for our members to resell for PROFIT. Wholesale business works allot

differently than retail and some our members don't seem to understand simple things like an item is out of stock for

example.. When we place an order with Sony and Sony's salesman tells us that the item is on backorder for a month or

that the item is no longer unavailable, we do not post negative comments about Sony all over the internet nor do we

threaten Sony. There are some people in this world that are used to getting their way no matter what and

wholesale business does not simply work this way.

d) is hiring more customers services representatives to attend our customers needs and all inquires

will be replied in 24 hours or less starting February 1, 2006. Live support will be available from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm M-F

I had an interesting evening last night. It seems as though Netdropshipper is geting cocky in their credit cocky in their credit card fraud and now has made critical mistakes. I have discovered through an accident on their behalf that the gentleman who described himself as Technical Support at Netdropshipper, Bryan Forstner is actually the "President" of, netdroppshipper's hosting company located in Ontario, Canada. Bryan Forstner has listed himeself as his newest customer on Gheek's website. This wolf in sheep's clothing does not live in Los Angelos, California as he leads everyone to believe.

I have put together over 40 pages of emails, all of their web pages, testimonies from over eBay sellers that have been ripped off along with a slew of discrepencies where Bryan has made mistakes cleary pointing out his fraudulent behaviors. He is at the end of his rope and had made a lot of mistakes.

This has cost me several thousands of dollars in lost time a money. I have pulled together a couple of other victoms who are ready to act and bring a class action law suit against this guy. However, it won't be easy because he lives in Canada. Today, I will be contacting Ontario's police department and will ba making all of the information I have available to them.

Note to Bryan at netdropshippers AKA You have been a bad boy and you've reached the end of your rope.
