This all started back on 4-3-06. I ordered a lap-top for a customer. My credit card was rejected, and I was to any orders over $400 would have to be a wire transfer, money order, or a cashiers check. I sent two money orders totaling $1828.33. About two days after receiving my money, I received an E-Mail stating the item had been discontinued. I requested a full refund. I did not hear from them for a couple of days, dispite all the E-Mails I sent them. But, They did credit my account with the money. That does me no good. I have a customer wanting a tracking # or his d**n money back. ( can you blame him ) I finally received an E-Mail offering me another lap-top. I told the dumb-a*s that my customer ordered a certain lap-top, and that is what he wanted. Well I was informed that it would be 30 days befor I could have my money. I could not put the buyer off any longer. He filed a dispute with Pay-Pal. They put a hold on my account, and made it limited. Which means you cannot send or receive any money. I finally decided to take the money out of my savings to get this guys money back to him. These people have cost me alot of money. It has been 30 days, and they still have not sent my money back to me. They are total crooks. I am temoed to fly to L.A. I heard the head honcho don't even live there. I have read about all the people they srewed, and cannot beleive they are still screwing people. How in the h**l do they get away with it. I just want my $1828.33 back and they can go straight to H**L. I someone comes up with a solution to this mess.

Unfortunately I was ripped off by this company, and have also filed my own complaint. The 'Gene' guy is Gene Zell, and he can be contacted at office@netdropshipper.com

This seems to be the new 'bully' they have answering there overbundance of unsatisfied re-sellers' emails.

This man is rude, and resorts to insulting comments, instead of fixing any problems. You can offer this man proof of their making promises, and telling lies, and his answer to you is an insult.

You can obviously see that he is unprofessional, and incredibly immature. From what I have been told, they are fading fast anyway. The have re-sellers for them that are beginning to bail out.

I urge everyone that re-sells Netdropshipper items on ebay, to let any re-sellers you know on there, about these guys. You can notice who uses them on ebay, since they have an NDS lettering on their pics. If you see someone that has these, you can email them and warn them. Beleive me, if you warn enough people they will fall fast. 90% of the people buying on there, are selling on ebay.

Let's stop these guys from ripping off honest, hard working people.

Almost Made the Same Mistake...

We are a eCommerce SuperStore and just signed up with NetDropshippers. I have tried to make contact with them for an answer to what should be a simple solution for them. GOOD LUCK!!

It has been days, I even got online with them at their PHPLive to no avail. Just gave me a hard time. I reminded them that I was trying to form a solid and strong eCommece partnership. DIDN'T matter to them. I still have the same problem and no solution, UNTIL NOW.

I just happen to stumble on to this site trying to solve the problems to sell their products. HOW SWEET IT IS to find out it was not just the Rep. It is their Company.

I will be cancelling my account. Now I have to spend hours taking out 1300+ products from my website. Which is a small price to pay vs. some of you other guys. THANK YOU FOR THE HEADS UP !!!

Now I must start my search again for a competitive, solid and strong eCommerce Partnership with someone else. ANY SUGGETIONS??

Gene said my check was issued on 5-5-06. Here it is the 15th and I still don't have my d**n money. Now who is the liar. They keep my money for a month and then refuse to give it back when they say they will. I have filed a complaint with FTC and with the LA county DA. They should have to pay me the money I have lost durring all of this bullshit. These assholes have allready told me they didn't care who I reported them to. Here one of the E-Mails I received while trying to get MY money back. (I already told you that this cannot be resolved before that day by our companies policy.

I was trying to help and you keep emailing us empty threats.

Why don't you go ahead and contact DA, FBI, KGB, and don't forget Homeland Security maybe they will help you get your refund faster

Well Gene, If that is your real name. I have sent E-Mails to you people. As usual, I got very little responce. It's funny how you go on a website to reply, but can't reply to an E-Mail sent straight to you. I don't have a check in my hand. I think you owe me the money I have lost because of your bullshit games you play with other peoples money. You broke the law and you know it. The law states that I am to receive an immediate refund. Not use my money to run your business and ruin mine. So if you want to call these lies, then explain to me how so many people that don't know one another can come up with the same lie? What it boils down to is that you run a bad business. And I would like to see you shut down. I would say that you cost me about $4000 this month alone. I have explained this to ya'll over and over. I get the impression that you really don't give a s**t. As I have said several times before, all I want is my d**n money.

After looking at the orginal complaint I have to say Im amazed at "Gene's" response.

The situation, from what I see, is that your company took the OPs money, then, when you couldn't fulfill YOUR part of the agreement, told him he had to wait 30 days for his money back.

I have one word for that: BULLSH*T.

There is no way it should have taken you 30 days to refund his money. Since you had use of HIS money during this time, did you pay him any interest?

Its called PPCS. Piss poor customer service

I contacted the LA District Attorney's office also, Joe Johnson is the person I communicated with. This is what he wrote me:

Please file a formal complaint and include copies of all documentation. Complaint forms can be found at lacountydca.info under Consumer Protection.

I did that though I don't know how much good it will do. I agree with Craig, though, that if enough of us complain, some government agency will eventually take them out. I HOPE!

They have a funny way of showing this don't they. You need to file your compalint with the LA County District Attorney (da.co.la.ca.us/cpd/forms.htm) and the FTC at (FTC.GOV).

This very important for everyone to do if you want results. Do not hesitate, get it done!
I have recieved information that with enough complaints and investigation will be opened.
