Netflix website has no real contact information in the way of a phone number or real person to be responsible or accountable.  Including no complaint number etc.

Signed up for free 30 days.  I could not get it to work for the first 30 days and did not mind the first two payments of $8 but... when it still did not work to the point of locking up my computer I found a place on the website that would freeze the fund withdrawls.... However the funds are still coming out of my account and have caused over-limit and bounced checks.  

I am on minium wage.  And have been diagnosed with Lupus.  There is no free TV in my area so a chance to have entertainment for a smaller amount than cable was a dream come true....

Now I will have to pay $20 for a stop payment or freeze on my accounts for service I never recieved and a system on the Netflix website that never worked.... I deleated my Netfilx computer application so they have never been able to load a movie to this computer ID.  and they know that.

$8 a month to me is a big deal.  I have lost my $30k plus jobs for some time now and I am now a member of the working poor.  And after 50 years of perfect personal accounting I have bounced check and over limit fees on my records because I trusted Netflix.  

I have been their customer before when I made big bucks and I don't recall anything like this in the way of customer rip offs.  My next complaint will be to my Virginia Attorney General  Please help as Netflix has purposely not followed up or allowed access for mishaps and mistakes on their website.
