I had a 2 week membership to Netflix. After I realized that Netflix holds the movie at their warehouse for several days before shipping it to me (a tactic used to limit how many DVDs you can receive) I cancelled my memembership. I was charged $10.80 by Netflix regardless of this. This money should not have been charged and it should be refunded.
