i but chips for facebook from this company

they took my money in 2 minites and then they say they will give back my money in 3-10 days its been over a month and a half now and did not get no chips and no money they have live connecting i go to talk to them and they sent me email ;

saying that ifyou did not get your money back we will give you chips

they are liening and they stole my money i want my money back

A problematic customer

We could not verify the payment of customer and decided to refund payment to prevent an imminent chargeback. The customer is from Israel and we have sent payment from our bank account directly to the customer's card. We did not use usual refund process to prevent high refund ratios. We send a payment to customer's card and these 2 transactions is not related each other. The payment customer made us and the money we sent to customer's card is completely different transactions. Customer is looking for the payment to be canceled or not. But it is not canceled because we sent another payment which covers customer's payment. We have already confirmed delivery with the bank. Customer must check for a 150 USD which is credited to the card. We think the problem is that. Because we are %100 sure that our payment has been sent to customer's card successfully.
