Netspend unreliable, missinformation, rude Internet

Got my taxes, went to get them taken out and now theres a hold on my Netspend account and I get to wait till Tuesday or Wednesday now.... Wtf.... Dont use Netspend. Because they dont deal with anything over $999, um excuse,me but really the are for turbo tax correct? So sorry I got more than that!!
