This is a prepaid visa card. My transaction was cancelled and now they will not release my money. They are holding it. They say its because they never received cancellation from western union. This is a lie. I spoke to western union every day for 2 weeks. western union sent them confirmation of cancellation 3x......western union says they do this quite often....
