Nettalk DOES NOT WORK AND 2 WEEKS SITTING ON LIVE CHAT 8 HOURS A DAY WITH NO RESPONSE Miami Florida

DON'T BE FOOLED!!! You can't talk to anyone not even their live chat! If you were to sit on Nettalk's live chat from 8 am to 6 pm without ever logging off, do you think you would get a support person? NO! chances are you will not. This went on everyday for 1 solid week. I sent a private message as they requested with complaints or concerns. I received an empty reply and still no help. Lost our 15 year business number that was ported, pd the $19.95 and nothing. WORSE service on planet earth. I have done everything possible to get SOMEONE to respond.  If you go their Facebook page you will find all comments are about the same complaint.  Devices witll not work and no support. I will post on their Facebook page everyday and I will do this for as long as it takes to get someone to help.
