These two companies have charged my checking account without arthurization I have no idea how they got my information for my debit card but now they are constantly making charges on my account which has caused me to have several overdraft charges at $35.00 each. These companies have to be stopped so others are not hurt financially the way I have been. It has taking me two months to find out that these companies were doing this because I thought that maybe I made a purchase and forgot about it, but when I got my latest bank statement charges were made on days I did not use my card, leave the house or even get on the computer to pay bills or anything else the most recent charges were March 31,2008 for $7.95 and on April 4, 2008 for $9.95. This is so unfair of companies to take advantage of the people whom work so hard and sometimes live pay check to check to make ends meet. I really do not expect to get any of my monies returned by these people but if I let others know then maybe I can prevent it from happening to someone else, and they will not be put in this situation.

If our support staff fails to offer the quality and professionalism that we expect them to provide then I would personally like to know about it so that I can resolve the issue so that it doesn't continue to happen.
