Network Parking Solutions has made a deal with Legacy Apartment Homes in San Diego, CA to repeatedly harrass the tenants that are paying a very high price rent. They come by every single day to give tickets and tow tenants cars that have no place to park on the property because the additional parking was striped away because they are building a bridge to hwy 15. So the apartment complex have sold their soul to these people because I'm sure they are paying them to use that parking lot to build the bridge. This guy JOHN HARRIS is specifically picking out cars to give citations and towing to. When you call to ask this Network Paking Solutions company about why they are doing what they are doing they will lie, call you names, hang up on you, the whole nine. I have seen so many other posts talking about this guy John making racist remarks to people, him doing dirty business under the table just so he can make his commissions, criminal record, not having the license to do certain things but do them anyway. This company only goes by a P.O BOX and not a physical address.

I have a great idea why they will not share that info. They are scammers and scammers always put just a po box. They know people will show up and they would have to face people face to face. But what scammer or fool would face the person they are scamming. Their has to be a law against land lords and towing companies teaming up against tenants that are striped their parking and then be forced to be towed for no parking.
