Netzero internet service is placing charges on my credit card every month. Which I do not authorize, and have never authorized. They will not respond to my requests to stop this practice. Even though I have tried in vane to contact them. To ask why they are charging me for a service I do not want and do not use, AT ALL.

I can only assume they have aquired my Credit Card Information through unlawful means. This is the only manner in which they can retain customers. Is through illegal means.
