Net Zero No refund when service canceled Internet

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

I canceled my service with Net Zero on June 28, 2008 and of couse expected a refund of my paid in advance fees through August 14, 2008. They say no refund will be forthcoming. The other part of the ripoff is
that I pain for 12 months in advance which was supposed to give me 13 months of service which was never credited to my account.
