i had the netzero account not even 2 hours and could not get on the internet. the letter i have in hand clearly states if you signed up for the netzero within 30 days and have not yet connected to the internet call 1-866-841-1442 to get your- FREE i repeat it said free live technical support. so when i called dial up tech support why did netzero charge me $1.95 a minuite at 13 minuiets fore a total of $25.35 this is not right and i was a new customer. should not have charged me nothing , i am disputing these charges on my credit card and would please like netzero to credit my mastercard ending in1201 asap . i was told to come to this web site to get my credit put back on my card my username email is : (((REDACTED)))@netzero.com account phone number is209 xxx-xxxx account name was debra dickinson . the credit card is a mastercard ending in 1201 the name on the card is margaret s thank you
