My friend and I signed up for Netzero. We purchase the 1 year contract w/free Hoptspot. My friend purchased hers and my  put cost for the service on her credit card. She gave all her info for her account then I gave them all my info for my account. The next day I needed to look up my account and wasn't able to access the account. I then call them explain the situation it seems that they put me on my friends account and unless she tells them to take me off her account they couldn't help me. It took 3 days to get my own account. When I access my account I proceeded to change all the info of my friend. I then notice I would needed to change the date for the monthly payment from the 25th to the 3rd of each month, but the data program wouldn't let me.

Again I had to call them. They stated that they couldn't change the date because there computers wouldn't let them. I explain that I get paid on the 3rd and it would be convent so the money would be in my account. I tried to speak with a supervisor, but couldn't get one on the phone. The customer service person could only state that they couldn't change the date because there computers wouldn't let them over and over.I guess netzero doesn't trust their employees..Again,on the following month I called again requesting to change the date because the funds wouldn't be a accessable. I still couldn't get a supervsior only that they couldn't change the date because there computers wouldn't let them. I told the person how stupit that netzero doesn't have program that allow them to change data. I wanted to cancel the service and they said they would. The following month my bank accout was in the red. When reviewing the account netzero had taken the 19.95 out before 3rd.

Again I called them told them that the money wouldn't be there and againthey couldn't change the date because there computers wouldn't let them.  I told the person that by law a person has the right to change there minds when the compay refuse to sovel the custmer problem with or without a contract. They stated sorry we don't follow that law. I sent documents to my bank requesting to  review the situation. Until now the bank couldn't find any reason to return the money because it was a year contract. This compay is the biggest rep off that I have every came upon.
