Netzero.com ripoff I have cancled netzero with confirmation numbers to prove and they are still billing me and taking money from my account also with different amounts being charged!! Oklahoma City Oklahoma

I have now canceled netzero 3 times and yet they are still billing me and I have confirmation numbers to prove canceling their service and now they are billing me under juno.com instead of netzero.com. They have charged me different amounts each month even after I have canceled and you can't get through to anyone to help and they will not reimburse your money. The last time I spoke to someone she had told me I had 4 different accounts open with netzero which is false!!!! She said she was canceling all accounts and apologized, but yet I was billed again!! I want my money back and I want it out to everyone not to ever order netzero nor juno they are ripoffs and that's all there service is worth if you want your money taken for nothing!!!!
