I signed up over the phone responding to a radio commercial I heard about NEU Garcinia Cambogia. The offer was for 1 - 30 day supply of the product 100% free. I only had to pay $4.98 for S&H, which was taken out of my account on Feb. 9, 2015.  After giving my name, address and CC number to a woman, she had me listen to a recorded message and I needed to respond to questions by pushing numbers on my phone.  On listening to the recorded message, I pressed 2 for "NO" over and over about accepting other bottles in the mail. I also pressed 2 for "NO" about getting the next bottle at half price if I'd pay now.  I thought I would try the free bottle, and if it worked, I would call back to order additional bottles. I didn't mind paying the full price if it worked.

In the meantime, they charged my credit card $69.95 on the Feb. 24, 2015. When I called to ask them why they charged my card, they said it was for the first bottle I received.  WHAT?  Oh no!  The woman told me that I had 14 days to cancel my auto shipment.  What auto shipment?  I said "NO" to everything they offered me.  I ask to speak to a supervisor and was told I was already speaking to one and there was no one else I could speak to.  She said that there was nothing she could do about refunding my money.  She ask me if I wanted to cancel my membership.  WHAT MEMBERSHIP?  I did not authorize any amount to be charged to my credit card except $4.98 nor do I have a membership.

I requested to have the unauthorized charge credited back to my credit card. They told me they could not credit that amount because I did not return the product in 14 days.  I explained to her that I was not aware of the 14 day policy and I haven't received any additional bottles, so why was I being charged?  She said it was for the first bottle.  WHAT???  Okay so I paid almost $75.00 for a product that was 100% free!?!?  I never heard anything about shipping the unused portion back. It would have been nice to know all of the small but very important details up front!  I totally agree with the other person who also wrote about them on here.  This company is very DISHONEST, FRAUDULENT, INTERNET SCAMMERS!!!
