NeuDermis Cream The company claims they sent me a shipping which obviously I never received. After the date of October 28th I called on November 2nd to cancel my order because I never received it. On my first attempt someone answered the call and then hung up. I retried and 15 minutes later I talked to a representative who cancelled my order; gave me a cancellation number. However the transaction was never reflected in my BA credit card account. No refund was issued. I am still trying to rectify this matter. Upon calling December 14 they are telling me an order was shipped and I have to call the US postal Services to inquiry where my package is. If the information is correct why didn't they tell me on November 2nd to track my shipping order. The company is a fraud. They didn't specify Internet

Neudermis is a fraudalent company which preys on the advertisement from Dr. Oz's show.  In tiny letter there is a caveat that after the sample is delivered, you have 14 days to cancel.  Needless to say the order comes late and a new order at 200 % times the price is supposedly sent.  The sample is $4.95 plus shipping and the new charge to your credit card is $96.15.  

Even after I explained I never received any shipments and I wanted to cancel any further orders because the product did not show any visible effects, the company proceeded to charge me for the product.  The company gave me a cancellation notification and number; however NEVER refunded the $96.15.  

Now after going from my credit card to them and filing a dispute, I am told to go back to the U.S. Postal Services and track my purchase order to see what happened to it on Octoer 28, 2015.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.  PER FRAUD.
