Neudermis Cream I cancelled the product and they sent it anyway and charged my credit card $88.00 Won't take it back. Santa Ana California

I saw a add on FB and tried the sample sizes of two products.  I had to pay shipping, one $4.95 the other $3.95, which they charged my credit card.  The creams made me break out, so I called and cancelled any of the future shipments.  The gal said did I take them to a skin doctor to have them analized, I told them I didn't want that expense.  She cancelled them, I thought, and gave me a cancellation number.  Then I get this cream in the mail today, called them and they said it  didn't get  cancelled.

 Charged me 88.00 on my credit card.  I said I wanted to talk to the manager and they put me on hold and never got back to me.  They said they couldn't accept the product back.  My credit card is sending me papers to dispute this.

Never order this stuff!!
