I was late and missed my appointment, I paid the extra charge of $75, but never received any services from the Clinic. Then I missed the make up appointment, do not expect them to call with a reminder they just turn your $75 charge over to their favorite bill collector ACA, and either you pay or they threaten you.
This is an unethical business. If they were retailers, or service providers they would have a hard time making you pay for services you don't receive. Be careful dealing with these type of people.
I was using they because they were on the list provided by United Health Care, extra benefits. Just use your regular Doctor, he probably won't sic the Bill Collectors on you the way these like to do. I will try to get my money back for merchant problems. Nice people; pay up or get sued for $75
