Nevada sent me a bill for my HOA for oct- april for $1132.34!. I made the payment in May and Nevada being a collection agency charges were included.This payment was suppOse to be sent right away to nicklIn,HOA, mgt
Company,instead they held the payment so they could
D charge additional late fee and collection fees on my account.
this practice is unacceptable and unfair and I also talk to unfair housing,who will also be looking into this company, because they are trying to set people up for not only bad credit but for homeless outcomes, YES, they put a lien on my property after I Paid them $1,132.34, they ask for ,and I only owed them $532.00 for 7 months,
But since I was stupid enough to pay these fees in an economy like this they went on to continue to play my stupid!!!

These crooks work togather, they do all they can (Nicklin) to slip you in collections. NAS in total disregard for any legal or ethical standards immediately threaten to steal your home. They are evil scumbags.
This is no conspiracy theory, but conspiracy fact. You cannot live with any legal rights with an HOA that uses Nicklin Propperty Management since they collude in a criminal conspiracy with NAS.
The goal is to extort you and render you homeless, in Nevada there is no due process.
