My family and I rented a home at 14746 Wilson Road, Dade City, Florida 33525 from Neville Kaiser and Tichawonna Johnson, they received $1400 from me (first month and security) for a house that was uninhabitable. It had no plumbing, refridgerator, stove, bathroom, or locks on the doors. I have been patient with these people in trying to resolve this issue, unfortunately after being lied to and ignored since Friday, February 25, 2011, we were left with no place to live and have now accumulated a debt of over $5000 for travel expenses from New York to Florida and then back to New York. I have no other choice but to bring this before a judge. These people are frauds and liars. Do not do any business with these people.

Neville Kaiser and Tichawonna Johnson are god fearing people that does what they can to help those that are in need. They don't turn their backs on people just because of others negative opinions. They have the philosophy that everyone deserves a chance. Every situation is different. They have helped families, poor and the fallen wealthy to rehabilitate themselves. Please stop slandering their names with internet lies.
