Agreed upon deal was a pickup from 8-10am and delivery same day late afternoon. Pickup did not take place until 12:30pm. 6 hours after pickup, no delivery and no call from movers. Upon MULTIPLE calls to the drivers and company, it was discovered the drivers decided, on their own, to change the plan and do another delivery in a different state and would not be able to make our delivery as promised. We were THEN promised delivery "first thing" the following morning. We called the following morning at 10am, 11am, and 12pm, leaving multiple voicemails (again) with no return call or update on delivery. Finally got through, and after investigating, the updated excuse was the truck broke down. Was then guaranteed delivery by 4-6pm "at the latest". At 6pm, they timetable changed 7-8pm. Finally, they showed at 9:15pm. Upon arrival the drive requested an additional $400 in “fees” or he was "taking the furniture back". I guess they can charge whatever they want upon delivery and say the same thing. Is it possible to give zero stars for Professionalism? Realized after the fact that this company is the same as Movers Choice Van Lines and Penske Van Lines and Dala Trucking. Do your research people. They use fancy Times Square addresses but after researching they are based out of a office in Queens in Jamaica. Every red flag needed is here. Do not use. Buyer BEWARE!!!!
