New Century Financial Services - Debt Collectors Full of Con Artist Whippany New Jersey

New Century Financial has a tactic. First, they decided to ask a law firm such as Pressler and Pressler, LLC to put pressure and violate consumer and fair debt collection and reporting rights. Second, they threatened to put a judgement against you if you decide to ignore them. Third, they feel as though , since NCF is in New Jersey, they have the right to threaten us and vioalte laws against tax payers.

Not only, there debt collection tactics are ridiculous, but they have threatened to put a lien against any property you own. If you have bank accounts, they're confiscate, all of your assets without your knowledge. The have a new tactic where as they will hire a court officer to your place of residence and try to repossess any of your possessions without notice. (THIS IS ILLEGAL).

I beleive that Presler and Pressler is the culprit of this. They feel as though that they're attorneys they have the right to threaten us.

We must take back what is belong to us. YES, we all missed payments. Pressler and Pressler, along with New Century Financial Services should be put out of business and should be sent to court because it has been eveident that debt collectors from New Century Financial Services has caused people to commit suicide.

My 9 News has investigated both Pressler and Pressler in Cedar Knolls and New Century Financial Services in Whippany and found numerous of vioaltions against people. Please look at your credit reports. Look at all three credit reporting bureaus because it is noted that wrong information is lurking in your reports.
