New Credit Financial ripoff, dishonest billing and information St. Petersburg Florida

I am new to the U.S (one month), I got this call from New Credit Financial asking me to use their facility in order to start a credit history. I was told that they have stores in New York, which later they deny. I agreed to be charged 300 $ only if I agree to accept the two week trial.

I was really not interested in the online catalog, and I did not ring them up to say I was interested. The lady on the phone (Michelle) asked me for my account number which I foolishly gave away because she promised that no one could take money from my account, by just knowing my account number as it is accessible to everyone who gets a cheque from me. Two weeks later I see 300 $ deducted from my account. I then find out they only have an online store. Most of the time one just cannot login into the online store.

I asked that that my money be returned, they told me to wait for a week. When I ring them up after a week they say that I would not be able to get a cash refund.

The point is I was misled into believing that they have stores in New York and thet they would charge me only if I ring them up and say that I was interested. This has been recorded by them.
