New England Mint Order 2 colorized national parks bills. Connecticut, Internet

Ordered over the internet 2 colorized national park bills, for 14.00 after the shipping charges of 11.90 the total was 25.90. While I was not happy with this after filling all the details required including my credit card, I let it go through. Got my receipt via email, all was fine. This was on 11/06/2010, and showed up at my bank on 11/10. Three days ago they called me to talk me into more items, I refused and told the female clerk NO, did not want any more and NO you can not charge my account. Well she did it anyway so not another charge of 26.90 is on my account. So called the phone number on the internet, (866-858-8809), told the clerk about this deal and he said he would refund my money, and to refuse the package when it showed up. If the money is not refunded within 5 days I will go to the bank and file a dispute against this company. And will report them to the BBB of Connecticut, as well.
