New Hampshire Employment Security Non-stop game playing by NHES not to pay my benefits Concord New Hampshire

I have been un-employed either full-time or part time in new Hampshire since this past January 8th. That is the day i filed my unemployment claim with NH Employment Security. What a joke that name is !!!!! "Security" for who?? To this day - March 11th, 2016 they have not given me one red cent in financial aid. They have TWICE dropped my claim without telling me for minor infractions they don't make you aware of. Time and time again they look for ways not to pay me anything. The other day they lied to me and said I would recieve monies by the following day in my direct deposit bank account - it never materialized. When I went to one of their offices they said my bank rejected the funds. I contacted my bank - they have ZERO records of an electronic transfer by NHES. When I double checked my electronic deposit routing #'s on the NHES website they had been altered !!!! They told me a paper check has been issued and mailed on March 9th - i'll believe it when I see it. NOW, TODAY, when I tried to enter last weeks work search, it was denied and I had to again call them. So NOW I have to talk to some woman named Inga to see what the LATEST problem is !!!!! It is just not right !!!! I am spending more time and gas money on fighting with these bureaucrats than on getting a job !!!!! I'm sure that their discusting mandate is to not pay monies to as many NH citzens as they can !!!!! They lie and play games like you would't believe !!!!! I wonder how many NH citizens they are screwing ????????
