wish i would have seen this site before i hired this company.  I could spend hours writing a complaint about this company. unprofessional, terrible customer service, and will not answer their phone or emails once they have your money.

For the first time in my life i am considering legal action agaisnt this company.  Reason, lots of broken items and missing items which I consider stolen property at this point.

We moved from California to Utah.  After reading other reviews I have had a similar experience.  Under estimated my cubic sq feet by 1000.  Our quote was $2700 and the final bill was $7400.

When our property was finally delivered, they arrived at 5pm with some of our property actually strapped to the back of a semi-truck.  There was no divider between our belongings and others.  The driver disconnected the cab and insited I sign the inventory sheet so he could leave and let the two young movers unload. .....  Begrudgley i signed them before anything was unloaded and paid in cash.  

Do not ever pay them in cash because after several emails and phone calls, which they never answer, I still have not received a correct invoice showing I paid with cash.  Prior to delivery I was on the phone with a supervisor(supposedly) and she said they would not unload the truck without payment in cash.  I had a cashier's check but she insisted that is not the same as cash???? I told her my reservations of handing over that much cash to someone I don't know but she assured me they are a business.  This day and age I have never come across a business that does not treat a cashires check like cash.  But what was I going to do?  They had my stuff and it was in the contract.  But what is not in the contract is that they would not show a paid balance once I paid.  This is impotrant because to file a claim to the insurance company you need your invoice and an inventory list.  I have asked several times with no response to be supplied with this information.

We are missing several items and countless broken things.  Which they insisted on boxing and charging us for the packing materials to the tune of $1100.  They finished unpacking in the dark and was looking for our stuff with a cell phone light.  

When I asked the movers because the driver had left,  about our missing items and broken things they said to contact  the company.  They don't answer the phone and you can't leave a message.  Their malbox is full.  It has not been 30 days since they delivered.  It says in the contract by federal law they have 30 days to deliver your property.  When that 30 days come I will assume the missing items are stolen property.

In final, I was yelled at on the phone by a supervisior that I did not read the contract.  Which I had, I am not disputing the overdue delivery or cost because that was in the contract.  Somehow they have written it so they can legally overcharge you for everything.  I am disputing my missing property, broken property, and verbal abuse from their customer service personnel.  Please don't ever use this company.  I will never use a moving company again.
