 It's been 5 months since our last communication. Before that communication, it would take me an arm and a leg to get a response. I have had NLVL move my things from TX to CA in 2015. I was staying with a friend trying to save up, so NLVL said we would put my things in storage to accumulate a fee until I was ready. Awesome. I made payments through those months (email receipts to prove it). Then out of nowhere, the responses stopped being immediate. They went from a week of no call back to months. I have spent $1300 plus on this company so far, only to never get my things back? I told Rose in November I would be getting my things redelivered soon. After that call, the communication has seized. I want to believe it is coincidence, but I'm feeling now it's not..... So I lost $1300 in payments and about $3000 or so in physical items. I either A. Just want my stuff back or B. Want a lawsuit to get my stuff back.

I also had the same experience and over 50 years of irreplaceable items are gone/stolen thanks to New Life Van Lines (complete review on YELP). I would consider a class action lawsuit so please email me at veritablanco@gmail.com BTW, I  am estimating over $30,000 value of stolen items.
