I came this company because a friend was telling that the products were great.  She told me to order the female package that was $249 and that it included the chelation and the sea moss.  So when I went to the website I noticed a online chat so I started asking the online chat person question because I didn't think the female lioness package would have been the best option for me since I had a full hysterectomy.  So I explained to the herbalist online that I really needed to do a complete detox because I had been eating Dr. Sebi list for two months now and Im starting to gain weight.  Well the person was very and that should've been my first red flag.  So they suggested that I order the hypertension package because I would be getting more products and that the shipping is included when you order the packages.  Long story short I ended up speaking to a representative over the phone and I mentioned that I wanted to do a cleanser but she suggested the package because again the shipping would be included.  Well that Friday January 27 I ordered the higher pricing package because thats what they suggested.  That weekend all I received was a tracking no.  After spending $400.00 because I ordered some addt'l sea moss.  I didn't receive any thank you letter, instructions, or anything!!!! (RED FLAG)  So I called on Tuesday morning and the young lady states that it wasn't shipped out yet because she was off on Monday and that one of the items in my package was on back order.  I said First you don't wait for a customer to pay and then disclose that an item is on back order and is this a one man chop shop that because you were off the process stops working!  Okay so I was very upset at this point and I contacted the office asking to speak to management to retify the situation however they kept giving me a young man named Ricardo that kept trying to justify their mistakes.  So when I get the products I went back to the website and notice that for $349.00 I only received three products.  The Special Healing Tonic $26.87, The Sea Moss $21.50, and The small chelation $45.00 which total $91.37 However I paid $349.99 so I'm missing $258.62 worth of products.  Long story short I tried to reach out to management once again before I called my bank and file a report and once again they tell Ricardo to call me.  This young man stated that the shipping and processing was $258.62 

Now you can do whatever you want with this information.   I just don't want anybody to get ripped off by this company like they tried to do to me!!!!

It's quite sad that our own people would do this to one another.  Dr. Sebi did his best in educating the world and leaving us with a formula and now everyone wants to scam and use his name to make mega dollars. 

God help them!!!
