I was contacted by my potential home lender stating they had pulled my credit and showed a charge off totalling nearly $2700.00 owing. I had no clue what it was about until I pulled my credit report. MBF Leasing LLC had charged off my lease account and marred my good credit.

Back in 12/2004 I had entered into a lease agreement with MBF Leasing LLC for a credit card machine for an ebay auction business. I soon found out that I didn't need a credit card machine and was facing 48 mos worth of payments. New Merchant Services - EIS or their affliates of Patchogue, New York misrepresented a few facts to me.

1. I was assured by JP Lipski and Lisa Warwick that I needed a credit card machine to do an Ebay auction business.
2. I was told that at any time that I wanted to close this business they would assist me and get the lease transferred and assumed by someone else if I decided the business was not for me. The lease states it can be transfered.
3. I was also told there was training and support for this business. There was little to non provided.

By 2/2005, I contacted JP Lipski of New Merchant Services - EIS several times through emails and via phone to let them know I no longer wanted to pursue their business of Ebay auctions.

The end result was no communication from JP Lipski or his colleagues. I was being charged for a credit card machine I didn't require and never used. Finally I returned the credit card machine to the attention of JP Lipski and was forced to close my bank account.

I soon began receiving harrassing phone calls from a bill collector for the lease. I felt ripped off, my credit has been damaged and this company along with its affliates have been reported to the Attorney General's Office in the State of New York for their fraudelent dealings through the internet.

Please be aware of any of these companies claiming they can help you with a home based business. Buyer beware.

I noted in the report that I spoke to Lisa Warwick. Correction is was Lisa Warfield. I also mentioned Ebay aucitons. Correction, I used Overstock.com for the auctions site through NMS - EIS -MBF Leasing, LLC.
