We got New Millennium Bank's preapproved letter in the mail. We sent the $29.99 and was promised a credit card. They said we were already approved. We have recieved nothing. They have probably gotten rich. I am sure we were not the only ones who sent them money. I am very upset. Everyone beware! NEW MILLENNIUM BANK IS A FRAUD!!!
