New Planet Moving And Storage The Worst Movers! Do not use them! Las Vegas Nevada

Everything about this company was bad. A nightmare to be exact. I had new furniture moved which was to stay packed a few months and when I unpacked it and it was all damaged. I was quoted one price which my employer was paying and then it ended up being $2000 more which I had to pay myself unnecessarily which ended up with a screaming match with the owner.

I packed 90% of the items myself in my house which nothing was broken but the expensive items like leather chairs (never sat on) are ready for the garbage just the way they packed them, night tables, blinds, stove top (cooked in a few times) found the glass top broken and the dishwasher dented - too many items to mention were damaged due to their carelessness. Plus they promised I could keep the blanets for protection and I payed for extra packing and when the truck arrived they wanted all the blankets back so another lie!

The movers who just moved what New Planet packed were great and they told me everything they did wrong from the packing to the tape they used which does not come off which ruined many expensive items, to never seeing the final weight! Everything they said or promised was a lie. They talk a good game but they are totally unprofessional and now compared with the movers I just had who were great - I can see really how bad they were with everything unpacked.

If you have cheap items and do not care if they are damaged use them but you will pay more than an extremely good mover who values your possessions that you worked hard to obtain. I will not even contact them for the insurance since they will probably say it is too late since the items were in storage for 4 months and deny everything. My damage is in the thousands!
