New Sun Energies Lied and said my solar system came with a battery back up, I asked 3 times and each time he said yes it does. They gave me a time frame of about 3 months to have the system installed and that took over 6 months. No battery pack came with the panels, and I asked the installer about it and he said he dosent understand why they keep doing that to people, that they dont have the batter back up systems like i wanted. tempe Arizona

In May of 2016 I had a salesman named Pablo Ledesma from New Sun Energies sell me a roof top mounted solar panel system. I was told this system had a battery back up incase of power outtages and for night use as I wanted little to no more electric bill and he assured me many many times this system had batteries. The whole process was supposed to take a few months, it took over 6 months. When the installers finally arrive I ask them about the battery pack and he said it doesnt come with one, and that he dont know why they keep telling people that because its not the first time he has heard this. The company that did the installation was Choice construction. I called my project manager Jen to let her know and she basically acted like I was stupid, she said solar doesnt work at night- thats why I wanted the battery pack in the first place!

Months go by with no communication from the company, I requested that all communication from that point on would be through email so I would have a record of what was said. More months go by with nothing, nothing at all. I have this system sitting on my roof, not hooked up so its not helping me out one bit and they abandend it. I finally emailed the customer service and got a phone call, that as I said before I wanted everything in email but they refused too. I finally spoke with Celeste Diaz on the phone who said she wanted to make this work and get my system hooked up, I agreed to give them one more chance to send me an email about what they were going to do to solve this issue. I got nothing, just another lie. I waited 2 weeks and nothing so I finally called and asked to speak with her and they said she was busy and she would call me right back. She wrote me an email saying it was out of her hands now and that the companys lawyer would contact me the very next day. Again, nothing, another lie. I call them again and ask to speak with ms. diaz and she refused to talk to me said i had to talk to the lawyer. Well finally this lawyer sends me an email basically saying that I am wrong and i have to pay or we go to legal action. I put out several notices and have emails where i offered this company to come get this system off my roof after they pay me $6000 dollars for storing the equipment and the damage to my roof, they laughed at me. I now have the system up for sale to the general public as they have abandoned it due to lack of communication. 

I would never do business with this company as I have heard they were working under a different name before and had to change due to the bad business they were known for. I should have done my homework before ever dealing with these lowlife blood suckers.
