New World Accents Elegant Urns - Urngallery on Ebay Engraved urns wrong, and then tortured me to get my money back - No customer service, rude, nasty, hung up on me Moorpark California

This is the worst company to deal with.  I purchased 2 urns from them.  One was a 4" urn for my 8lb cat the other was a 7" urn for my 80lb dog.  I sent them 4 different messages with the inscriptions for each urn and also spoke with them on the phone to insure they did it right. Well needless to say they engraved them wrong.  Now there is no way I can get and 80lb dogs ashes into a 4" urn.  I asked them to re do the urns.  They refused and told me they did not have any more in stock.  However they sell on line and on eBay.  On EBay there is still a listing for the same urns showing that they have 10 or more in stock.  So then that means they lied and just could not be bothered to re do them.  I had to put in an EBay claim to get the money back for the urns, and did get that back.  I am still fighting to get the $50.00 back that I am out for the engraving that they did wrong (due to lack of care, no quality control and no thought for the grieving whatsoever)  I am also out $19.00 for the return shipping on the urns they did wrong.  So far I am out 69.00 and several hours of time trying to resolve the issue.  As I was too distraught to deal with them on the phone a good friend called them to try to work it out.  They told her they had to ask the engraver for the money back.  Now urns are engraved with a machine that only engraves urns...Jewelers, Trophy engravers cannot engrave urns.  They do it in house and she lied about getting money back from an outside engraver.  When my friend tried calling again, saw the number and did not answer, so she called from another phone and got right through.  When they learned it was her, they hung up on her.  They have lousy to no customer service skills and really should not be in a business where you are dealing with grieving people if you cannot act in a professional manner.  These are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with.  Do yourself a favor and do not buy from them.  Top it all off and I left them negative feedback on eBay and eBay had the never to remove the negative feedback because I called her a horrible seller!!  That is the truth, so now I no longer trust the eBay feedback system either. If you do buy from them do not do it through eBay or use paypal, make sure to use a credit card so at least you have some recourse throught the credit card company.
