I ordered the "Turning Debt to Wealth" series of audio CD's from them, along with their 30-day money back guarantee. I obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization and followed all return instructions. They acknowledge they recieved the merchandise back.

Contacting this company is impossible. If they don't feel like answering their phones, they switch the incoming lines to their call center, who, if you are not ordering their junk, are as clueless as a can of tuna fish.

After several weeks of getting the runaround on the refund of the money taken from my account (note, after reciept of the returned merchandise) I will be hauling their butts into Court.;

Don't order their merchandise, you will regret it. They also do business at Nightingale-Conant Corp.
