Collection agency the caller stated they are from household finance. I had a card from NY&CO. Which has a very low balance I have been out of work and could not pay what they was asking for made arrangements to pay 50.00 until paid off. That was yesterday they call my phone everyday all day. Only to have me call them and it be the same company community bank. This need to stop. I also ask for something in writing they refuse telling me they will send something to me through my email, I told them I want a letter in the mail explaining the agreement that was made the day before.
