 NEW YORK CITY DEPARTEMNT OF HEATH AND MENTAL HYGIENE COMPELED   WITH GLENCORD BUILDING CORP., GISTIZIA AGRESSIVO, CONSTANCE CINCOTTA ( THE LANDLORD) CRIMINAL ACT  AND DELIBERATELLY LEFT THE LANDLORD TO POISON MY AIR.

My life in the apartment own by Glencord Building Corp., became a really cavalry. I could not stay in apartment more 10-15 minutes, with mandatory 2 masks on my face. I was coughing until I was vomiting. The air was totally controlled by the  Glencord Building Corp, Giustizia Agressivo and  Constance Cincotta with their special installation. They tortured me. I begged all my lawyers for an investigation, but they refused even to do a discovery.

             From Court disappeared the file L&T Case Index No: 909…./08 (thousands of pages). The landlord’s lawyer filed a Motion to recreate the file, and never served it to me. Also, the Judge Order to recreate the file was NEVER served to me, even the order said to be served over night and with proof of service.

 Because, I cannot stay in my rent apartment without mask on my face more than 10-15 minutes (all windows permanently opened),  and I called defendant  The City of New York

Department of Health and Mental Hygiene on 2009 for 3 times as:

 and  “ miraculously” refused to come, even I had appointments fixed by them. Why?.

 The City of New York Department of Health and Mental Hygiene never answer at my letters where I asked an explanation why refused to come for 3 times on 2009, and once on 2008 (complaint no: T-08-07-16-303). NEVER AN ANSWER!

             The air was terrible. Very, very toxic. I continue to move from a hotel to another hotel, because the air in my apartment became totally inhabitable.

             On June 3, 2009 I hired a company ACCURATE BUILDING INPECTORS,  to came to check the  air in my apartment witch did not have any connection at gas from  February 2009. I invited the super to assist and he refused because” my boss told me this”.

             The inspector scanned the apartment gave  me an Report Affidavit where  said :

 The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, - has a contributory negligence and took a huge risk to ignore my disparate calls and his appointments. If they came, Edie Ventilora , and  Ms. Fabian could be in alive.  Also,

I could save my heath from this geometrical deterioration under so many poisoning.

 Again : Why The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene refused to come? Who corrupted them?

 New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene compelled   with Glencord Building Crp., Gistizia Aressivo, Constance Cincotta ( the landlord) in criminal acts ( my report here in Ripoff filed on 8/20/2013),  and deliberately encouraged  the landlord to poison my air, to consider to be above the law, to torture me, to make my life miserable.  

For this reason Glencord ignoredthe Emergency Room doctors’ directions  where said  : “ PT IS ADVISED NOT TO RETURN TO HER HOUSE UNTIL THE CARBON MONOXIDE LEVEL ARE KNOWN TO BE LESS ( “Exhibit Pg. …).

Also  ignored :

• Four ( 4) Court’s Orders  (Exhibit Pg. ……) to fix the apartment  for Carbon Monoxide and  toxic gases,  were ignored by  above the law   Glencords and his accomplices;
• The Con Edison 4 Red Tags for violation with Carbon Monoxide and Toxic Gases.
• The DHPD and HP Many violation regarding CO and toxic gases,
• Why the over 14 Carbon Monoxide Detectors  ( 13 bought by me), became non-working machine,
• Why was necessary to  changed 4 stoves ( 3 of them in warranty ), and a meter  as source of Carbon Monoxide and toxic gaze.
• Why the  apartment from February 2009 until June 2009, did not have any connection to the gas but toxic gasses  were permanent condition as I described above.
• My  Attorneys :   Friedman & Mosses,  Teperman &  Teperman,  Bompart & Bompart,  Davis Stuart,  Lawrence Wilson rushed to do illegal acts inclusive forgeries lawsuits in my name
•  Also,  Quest Diagnostics, Kidde Company,  Con Edison, State Farm Insurances , hospitals, Insurances were corrupted by this above the  law Glencord, who  was sure I will die.

I accuse The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene for :

• CONSUMER NEGLECT,

• UNFAIR PRACTICE,

• SUPLIMENTARY STRESS DISORDER,
• NEGLIGENT INFLICTION OF EMOTIONAL DISTRESS AND PERMANENT HEATH INJURY !

• CONTRIBUITORY NEGLIGENCE,
• INTENTIONAL HARM

 Because of the deliberate, unjustifiable, unethical, without integrity, and bad intentional  nature ( criminal), of   The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene his accomplices, I pledge for JUSTICE!, and what happened to me NEVER HAPPENED TO SOMBODY ELSE!
