ny comnunity bank has outrageous fees for the use of there atm's i' have a checking account and debit card with this bank

Recently I transferred money from another source $500 I thought it would take one day unfortunately it took more time. my problem started when I attempted to withdraw funds with my atm card the screen read insufficient funds, the funds did not transfer from my other account so I tried again same answer I really thought there was a mistake

i was on vacation at this time.i don't remember trying any more times until the next day and the funds were available. checking my balance on line I noticed 4 charges at $30 per charge a total of $120 i called the branch and spoke to a officer he informed me that this was a penalty just as if I bounced a check for insuffencnt funds this is just plain greed and nothing else what ever happened to customer service I don't think these people have a clue on how to run a atm machine or on line banking tell me the difference if I press check balance for $1.50 charge which is outrageous also or try a make a withdrawal and then be charged $30.00 as a penalty because my funds were not there they performed no service for this charge.
as a result of them charging me $120 i did bounced 2 checks and was charged $60 more the bank paid no one and took $150 in charges
