I called in on February 15th, regarding an engine we saw posted on Haevytruckparts.net for a Cat 3126 diesel motor. I spoke with Owner Gary and confirmed all info listed such as- Miles, Condition, pics of motor etc as there was hardly anything listed on the ad and I wanted to know exactly what was being bought. I was told this was a Good running used take-out diesel motor with 95k miles. Our customer received an engine that was totally rusted out on the inside and wouldn't start. I called Gary on March 3,4,7,8,9th and had written emails and received 1 response that he would get back to us on a decison to refund or replace the motor. Finally today I called and had him answer the phone. He said he had not gotten back to me or Jon because he was busy. We're all busy but I had made time to call and follow up with him. I asked him why he sold us a running take-out when the customer received a rusted out non running core. He responded by saying the engine was good and that our customer must not have tried to start it (which makes no sense. This is the second time this has happened with this company. No wonder there are never pictures of the motors attached to his ad's online, and no wonder it's such a hassel getting pics from him when requested.

We have since then sent the motor back (Prepaid) in hopes that they will co-operate with us in coming to a resolution. Pro#5953890028/ 49011307 USF Reddaway/ New Penn- sent March 17th
