I order a part for a repair for my customer on 05/09/2013, anyway never got the part, so I call new egg and they said it would take about 5 days to file for replacement, call back today told it would take 5 more days. Here is the burn , in the last two to three years , my family and I have order over 13000.00 in parts to build computers (3000.00 just this year). Now for the first time since ordering from them a 112.00 part does not show up, and  they now are giving me the run around.

If you not going to replace it just say so, but the way that they treat you is that they realy could care less about your business. SO NEWEGG IS OK AS LONG AS YOU DON"T HAVE A PROBLEM but if you do, don't hold your breath, you may or may not get a timely reply and as a result if you are doing repairs for others IT COULD HURT YOUR BUSINESS. Ps the 2 time that I called and ask if they could help me, the offer a 20.00 over night credit if I would reorder it till they get around to making a judgement if they will or will not replace the order, so I could get it over night, but it will allso take 5 more days to get the credit allso...

THey think they are too big to fail, but if they keep up the service like this it is only a matter of time.
