I was ordering some computer parts to make a system, it came to $1427. Then after I clicked on checkout, the amount jumped to $1568, that's a $141 jump in price this happen on Oct 2, 2010.

On Monday Oct 4, 2010 call newegg, they and said the prices are updated every second and the price must have changed.

This is BS! they are in my cart for that price then when i checkout it changes?

Whenever a situation occurs regarding a price increase or decrease, by any manufacturer, Newegg will reflect that price increase or decrease on the website. Running our website in real-time enables Newegg to pass on any savings immediately, whether it is in the cost of products or in shipping cost. If the price had changed within the same day you ordered your item, Newegg would be able to accommodate you on any price adjustments. This would also apply to most cases in which the items price changed prior to order submission.

I can only speculate why this wasn't offered as I do not have your full transaction details.
