Found 2 pending charges on my c/c today for $1838.99. Had never heard of the company so googled it and they sell electronics.
Had a live chat session with their customer service who said to cancel my c/c card (duh, that my my 1st step) and make a police report.
For thise kind of $, wouldn't you think they would verify ALL information????

Newegg is a respected retailer... they have in no way ripped you off. The customer service rep simply informed you of the proper steps to have the charge reversed.
