Newnan Presbyterian Church Pre School Told me they would take my special needs child, took my money, and then said they could not. Newnan Georgia

The preschool allowed me to enroll my child in their program. They took my money. They told me it was okay since she had a stroke as a baby. Two days later, they told me that she was mentally retarted and refused to let her come back.
