James Tucker, Brandon Foster They took over $1800.00 from me and never provided a personal loan I applied for and was approved. Wichita Kansas

I received a call from James Tucker on 12/12/06 informing me that I was approved for a $5,000.00 personal loan. He said that the lender needs to secure the loan by purchasing the insurance or paying 5 installment payments and that would cover me until 4/15/07. I was told to wire the funds to a Miss Betty Turbett in Topeka Canada and she will release the loan. I wired the funds, only to not have the loan the next day.

I called back, and spoke to Brandon Foster, he said the lender was re-evaluating my file, and needs an additional $800.00. Brandon said the funds will be released. Betty got an additional $800.00 and I got no loan. I called again on Friday 12/15/06 all day and finally got a hold of Brandon Foster around 3:30pm CST, he played stupid and said "you did not get the loan"? I told him no, and I requested my funds back the way I sent them. He put me on hold for over 15 minutes, then comes back and said that he just checked with the accounting department, and the loan was not approved.

Again I demanded my $1834.60 to refunded back to me via Money Gram, he said that he cannot do that he would have to send a check. I should have it no later than 1/5/07. I have not received the check.
