Newport News No credit for items returned and received by Newport News in March Internet

I returned items from my order to Newport News and the items were received by them on March 28,2011.
I called after 30 days and was told to wait up to 60 days for return even though it says wait 30 days to receive credit on their website.  I called after 60 days and was told they were having trouble processing the returns and the credit should show on my statement shortly.  I called again after 67 days and was told I should see my credit in a couple of days and they told me they did receive the items.  Then today after 78 days I called and was told the company has filed for bankruptcy and it may be months before they determine how they are going to handle a credit.  In the mean time I am still paying for items I returned to them and have proof of delivery.
