Both companies went out of business. The Western Watchmen was so ugly and unprofessional that they were not able to attract enough business to make a single dime of profit. Neither company was able to pay their respective attorney in total and both attorneys asked the court to be excused from the case. We are told that Anita Hall paid her attorney nothing. In an effort to end the law suits, both sides agreed to end the suits and Anita (chelly) Hall agreed to recind her claim for wages, since she did not earn them...but shehas yet to do this.   The police finally allowed us to see what was confiscated from the searches they conducted and we found that they had stollen complete copies of our books which included tax ID numbers, all contacts, and purchase and payments made to our company and two years worth of bank deposit slips, among other things.

Because the investor of The Western Watchmen, Glenn Ellison, lied to the judge and convinced him that he had no idea what Lucinda, his daughter in law, and Anita had done to start their paper, his only punishment is the loss of his entire $50,000 investment.  Also it is well known that there is no justice in Navajo County, the County Attorney declined to charge Anita and Lacinda for the theft of our propery or the damage that they caused our company. (We strongly believe that because we accurately reported on the county justice department and the activities of the sheriff of Navajo County that it was a personal decision, not a legal one.)

The only person to ever get a judgment against me for wages is Anita "Chelly" Hall. If she posted this info it is surprising that she didn't want to use her real name. She uses it every week as the publisher of a competing newspaper, The Western Watchman.

She stated under oath during her deposition that she'd never tried to convince anyone not to do business with us, but I guess that was as meaningless as her signature on the contract to purchase our paper."
