I've seen so many negative reviews of NewSub Magazines (or New Sub or any variation of the company) ripping people off. I have to rebut that as a customer of theirs for sometime now. I am an avid magazine subscriber and have had nothing but great experiences with this company (and no, I do not work for them nor am I associated other than being a customer). If people search for NewSub Magazines on Google or other search engines you will be taken to their parent company, Synapse, which is located in Stamford. From there it shows you their divisions, one being NewSub magazines. Their website is www.magcustomerservice.com which I've listed above. They have contact numbers and you can find you magazines easily! Today I cancelled 3 magazines that I can no longer read due to time. They not only refunded my money but let me keep the remaining issues as well. I am the first person to let people know about a bad experience but I am also the first one to let people know if misinformation has been posted, not only for the company, but to help all of you find the way to recover your funds! You may have unknowingly purchased from them from a teen/college student raising points for Cancun, online, or other ways. They do auto-renew subscriptions but will issue refunds no questions asked. Good luck! They will also tell you online what you ordered, when and which magazines when you request to cancel and will offer you a second chance to keep it, or keep your issues and get your refund. I ordered another magazine today from them online. www.synapse.com is the main company and www.magcustomerservice.com is the site to cancel, order or make changes to your orders or get refunds.
