I purchase in-app promotions for a game called DomiNations. My game account was terminated for bogus reason, and I cannot get refund from Apple who I paid. Apple says contact game developer Nexon M which is a Korean company who refuses to issue a refund. I dont understand if I paid Apple, why can't I get my money back from Apple, why do I have to chase a Korean game developer. Where probably our law doesn't apply.
